    PRD reported on 2 Sep 2026 that Phuket City Municipality had completed excavation of a wastewater diversion channel and was preparing steel screens to trap solid waste mixed with community wastewater before it entered the treatment pond at Suan Luang.

  • DMCR reported 855 kg of litter collected and classified in a one-day Rawai cleanup

    DMCR reported that a 7 Sep 2026 integrated beach and underwater cleanup at Rawai collected 855 kg in total: 658 kg from the beach and 197 kg underwater. Litter was classified using the ICC recording form.
