Work with us

What are you trying to build?

PLC and its operating partners help turn ideas into real-world projects — from research and design through pilot, implementation, data and evaluation — while keeping roles and organisations transparent.

Start with who you are

Three ways in

Public Sector & Tourism Organisations

Tourism organisations, MICE organisations, destination development organisations, provinces, local government, ministries and public agencies.

PLC works as a gateway for pilots, implementation and place-based data — not simply as an event organiser.

Territories of work

How we can work together

These seven territories describe how we collaborate. They are not certifications, accreditations or guaranteed outcomes — actual scope depends on each agreement.

Example outputs

  • A clear problem statement and pilot plan
  • Data collection during the pilot
  • An openly documented case study

Who it is for: Hotels, destinations, communities, agencies and nature organisations.

Example outputs

  • Climate & carbon readiness — data preparation and reduction planning
  • Nature monitoring with volunteers
  • Biodiversity records connected to open databases
06

Data, Research & Destination Intelligence

Surveys, Local Signals, visitor insights, dashboards, impact measurement, local value, policy research, community data, monitoring and evaluation.

Who it is for: Agencies, universities, funders and organisations that need evidence to decide.

Example outputs

  • Survey design and collection

Roles and transparency

How PLC works with operating partners

  • PLC is the place platform, the public learning and evidence layer, and the participation, data and collaboration gateway.
  • Project delivery may be contracted through appropriate operating entities or qualified partners, depending on scope.
  • Commercial delivery, specialist technical services and public-interest or editorial functions remain distinguishable. Public editorial content is not a sales channel.
  • PLC is not a government agency, not a certification body, and not a carbon credit seller, broker or verifier. Our climate work is about helping to measure, reduce and manage climate impact.

Who operates this platform

Phuket Local Connect is owned and operated by Regenera (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Phuket BiodiverCity supports public-interest communication and civic listening. Silver Hawk Group supports commercial tourism operations and real-market testing where specifically disclosed. Schools, communities, universities, researchers, businesses and public agencies participate as partners in specific projects.
