Who operates this platform
Phuket Local Connect is operated by Regenera (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a distinct public-benefit participation and evidence platform. Regenera Thailand separately provides paid professional programme design, facilitation, evidence support, advisory and project delivery. Phuket BiodiverCity is an editorially independent civic-media, listening and public-conversation initiative. Historical project credits name delivery partners where relevant; qualified licensed operators may be contracted per project when regulated tourism or logistics is required.
Using the platform
Phuket Local Connect’s public-interest layer is free to use for local learning and participation. Visit Phuket Differently is a separate section for paid experience requests. Please use the site in good faith: do not submit false information, infringe others’ rights, or compromise the safety of participants or nature.
Public-interest and paid visitor sections
Payment for a visitor experience does not buy ranking, editorial coverage, certification, evidence verification or influence over PLC’s public-interest information and participation. Where regulated travel services are involved, they are fulfilled by a qualified Thai licensed tour operator identified before booking.
Content you submit
You keep whatever ownership or rights you already have. You give PLC and Regenera (Thailand) Co., Ltd. a non-exclusive, no-charge permission only as necessary to receive, store, review, process and operate the PLC feature you chose. Public display or reuse happens only where you selected public sharing or gave permission, or another lawful or rights-cleared basis applies. We do not sell your content or take ownership of it.
Evidence in Report & Connect
Evidence submitted to Report & Connect is private by default and is not automatically a public licence. Please avoid uploading other people's personal, private or copyright material unless it is necessary and lawfully provided. Even if public use stops, some records may need to be kept for disputes, safety or legal obligations.
What is not allowed
Do not impersonate others, knowingly submit false information, or infringe rights or the law.

Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement. Source data remains subject to the source's own licence or terms.
What this platform is not
PLC is not a government agency, an emergency service, a certification body, or a finished public service. In an emergency, contact the responsible authorities directly.
Accuracy of information
Information comes from multiple sources and may be incomplete. We show source, status and last-updated details where possible, and cannot guarantee outcomes from using it. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. If you find an error, please request a correction.
Privacy
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy & PDPA policy.
